Kuala Muda/ Kuala Teriang / Matsirat

MAJU PAK JANG DZIR
Roadside Roasted Chicken
(Jalan Kuala Muda)

Langkawi Bbq Chicken This little roadside eatery serves up succulent, flavorful, slow spit-roasted chicken grilled over a charcoal fire. The chicken is marinated in a honey and chilies (and secret spices) that give it a spicy sweet flavor and a caramelized glaze. They roast both whole chickens and wings and you have the option to have a quarter, half or whole chicken complimented with their aromatic rice and soup. Or just go for the wings with a spicy dipping sauce. Either way this is some of the best, roasted chicken on the island and you have the option to dine al fresco on the shore of the Langkawi Lagoon or take away. Located on Jalan Kuala Muda (Road 115) on the north side of the airport runway.
