STRAITS & CO
(The Danna Langkawi)

The Danna Langkawi has recently launched their new Nyonya Peranakan Cuisine menu at Straits & Co, making it Langkawi’s first Peranakan dining destination. This exciting new culinary experience is launched from a collaboration with Penang-born cookbook author and Peranakan cuisine aficionado, Dayana Wong. Straits & Co’s new Peranakan menu items are created from recipes in Ms. Wong’s “Penang Makan” Cookbook.

Many of the menu’s dishes are from recipes passed down to Ms. Wong by her mother and grandmother. Signature Peranakan dishes such as Chicken Lor Bak, Masak Titik, Chicken Pongteh, and Jiu Hu Char are available, as well as Beef Rendang and Dried Shrimp & Garlic with Okra. A fantastic Cendol is also on the menu and really hits the spot for sweet lovers. Straits & Co’s is open daily from 11:00am until 10:30pm, but the Nyonya Peranakan Cuisine menu is only available 6:30pm until 10:30pm. See the full menu HERE
*Open: Daily Lunch 11:00am to 10:30pm/ Dinner 6:30pm to 10:30pm. Tel: +604 959 3288 Can read more HERE

THE TERRACE
(The Danna Langkawi)

Sunday Brunch Langkawi Style at The Danna The Danna’s Extravaganza Sunday Brunch is by far the best I’ve had in Langkawi. With a panoramic view of the Andaman Sea and surrounding tropical gardens, the indoor-outdoor table choices at The Terrace sets the perfect scene for a leisurely Langkawi brunch island style. Choose from an abundance of brunch favorites, including classic Italian dishes, baked confections, specialty premium cuts, tasty sides and mouth-watering desserts, while enjoying the relaxing tropical poolside ambience. The Terrace is open daily for evening dining, with Italian cuisine being their specialty.
*Open: Daily 4:00pm-10:30pm / Brunch Available: Sundays 12:30pm-4:00pm  Can read more HERE

TAPAZ
